Questions

Good to know

Is there a catch? What does it cost?

No catch. Your code gives your family 30 days of LitLog Premium. There's no card to enter and nothing is charged. After 30 days your family carries on with LitLog's free Standard plan.

When does my code work?

From 15 December 2026, when LitLog opens on the web, until 31 January 2027. Premium lasts 30 days from the day you apply it.

Where can we use LitLog?

In your browser from 15 December, and on Android phones and tablets now, from Google Play. One account works on both. LitLog for iPhone is coming soon.

We already have a LitLog account.

Join with the e-mail you use for LitLog. From 15 December, the primary parent can apply the code under Family › Apply Promo Code on the web, or Profile › Apply Promo Code in the Android app.

Can I share my code?

It's made for your e-mail, so it works only with the LitLog account created with that address, and only once. Friends can join the list for a code of their own.

The e-mail hasn't arrived.

Check your spam or promotions folder. Joining again with the same e-mail sends the same code again, at most once every 15 minutes.

What do you collect here?

Your first name, your e-mail, the languages you chose, and the name of the link you came from (for example, the ad you clicked). Nothing about your child, and no advertising pixels, analytics or tracking cookies; a video loads from YouTube only when you press play. To leave the list, reply “unsubscribe” to our e-mail.
